It's weird, I spent a lot of time with "Devour the Sun", but for some reason, each album after, much less time was spent. Now at the end of 2023 I've been really sinking into Vvilderness' albums. They're each equally incredible works of art. At first listen, maybe one or two songs might grab me, but then after giving the full album a listen a handful of times, it gets harder to pick a favorite.
Favorite track: Grey And Gold.

Love me a Hurdy Gurdy. Love to say Hurdy Gurdy, love to type Hurdy Gurdy.
It's underrated as a string instrument. What I'm getting at is there's Hurdy Gurdy in this and it's probably my favorite black metal album I've heard recently.

Hungarian Post-Black / Folk Metal. A one man, Vvildr, project. Vvildr is an amazing & super talented artist who can do no wrong! There is melancholy here, there is techincality here, there is atmosphere galore & it all fits together beautifully & perfectly. Highly recommended!!!
